Who is responsible for your information?
I-Protec is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions, email enquiries@i-protec.co.uk, call 01493 277 007, or write to I-Protec, Southgates Road, Great Yarmouth, NR30 3LL. I-Protec operates as a service-area business and does not receive customers at this address.
Information collected
The quote form may collect your name, phone number, email address, property postcode or nearest town, property type, security requirements, project timing, preferred contact method and any notes you choose to provide. It also records the referring page and campaign tags when present so I-Protec can understand which enquiries came from its marketing.
How the information is used
I-Protec uses the information to understand and respond to your quote request, discuss suitable next steps and keep an appropriate record of the enquiry and any resulting work. The quote form does not enrol you in a marketing mailing list.
Lawful basis
Information needed to respond to a quote request is processed because you have asked I-Protec to take steps before entering into a possible contract. Where an enquiry record is retained for security, administration or dispute handling, I-Protec relies on its legitimate interests in managing the business and keeping appropriate records.
Who receives the information?
Quote information is available to I-Protec and may be processed by the website and email hosting providers used to receive and store the enquiry. It is not sold to third parties. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
How long it is kept
An enquiry that does not lead to work is normally kept for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If you become a customer, relevant records may be kept longer where needed to provide the service, support installed equipment, resolve disputes or meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may ask I-Protec for access to your personal information or request correction, deletion, restriction or objection where those rights apply. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Visit ico.org.uk for current complaint information.
Information you should not send
Do not submit alarm codes, passwords, door-access credentials, detailed security schedules or other information that could weaken the security of your property. Those details are not needed for an initial quote.
Request your CCTV quote.
The form takes around two minutes and asks only for the information needed to respond.
